Anotida Hove (2023/2024)
Ano is a recent graduate BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, and is working towards registering for a Master’s program in the same. Her passion and strength lies in research on interventions to improve physical activity in pregnant women.
She enjoys the company of friends and family, as well as exploring wildlife. She hopes to leave her footprint in the physical activity space and gain more experience through scientific writing and varied learning opportunities.
ODETTE MAUNGWA (2022/2023)
Odette Maungwa is studying towards her BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy with the University of Zimbabwe.
In addition she holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Anatomy (Intercalated) also from the University of Zimbabwe. Upon completion of her studies she intends to be a clinician in sports physiotherapy as well as to work as a researcher in sports medicine.
She is passionate about evidence based practice and she hopes her future practice and research in the sports arena will reflect and develop evidence bases for rehabilitation practices in low and middle income countries. In her free time Odette enjoys playing basketball or reading novels.
